The Year By Design
Visioning 2026
Intentional, purposeful planning ~ An Afternoon Retreat
Sunday, January 25, 2026
12:30pm - 5pm
Begin the year with clarity, creativity, and calm. This is so much more than the annual Vision Board Workshop I've offered in the past.
This 'Year by Design' Afternoon Retreat is an invitation to slow down and intentionally shape the year ahead — blending soulful reflection, creative visioning, and gentle strategic planning in a warm, supportive space.
Together, we’ll begin by grounding and reflecting on what you’re ready to call in and what you’re ready to leave behind. Through guided prompts and meditation in a beautiful setting at MoonWillow Manor, you’ll uncover your personal themes and intentions for the year.
You’ll then create a Vision Board that reflects not only what you want to do or achieve, but how you want your life to 'feel', how it looks in your dreams!
This is not about pushing harder or setting rigid goals.
It’s about alignment, intention, and creating an intentional art piece that can hold your year with care.
~ What’s included:
• Guided reflection and intention-setting
• Creative vision board making (all materials provided)
• Gentle strategic planning
• Tea and a nurturing, welcoming space in nature
• Time to connect, create, and reset
~ This afternoon is for you if you:

• Love creativity, reflection, and slow living

• Want your year to feel aligned and supported

Echoes & Embers
Stories, art, music, connection & quiet magic.
Coming in January
At MoonWillow Manor, we are opening our doors to intimate evenings of art, words, and music. These gatherings are gentle, candlelit, and heart-centered—an invitation to pause, connect, and share in community. Together, we’ll weave poetry readings, storytelling, acoustic sounds, thoughtful talks, and creative expressions into soulful nights of connection. The vibe is warm and unhurried, alcohol-free, and nourishing—bring a plate to share, an open heart. We’ll be indoors and out around the sacred fire. MoonWillow Manor is in a time of becoming—transforming from a place once neglected into a living, breathing home for gatherings and unique experiences. These evenings are part of that unfolding story, where community, creativity, and quiet magic meet.
The debut of Echoes & Embers will feature a
Live Painting by Artist Tazanna Dell, a 21-year-old
artist from South Africa with a lifelong passion for
painting. Taz began creating art at the age of six and,
by twelve, was already selling her work
internationally. In 2024, she became the youngest
grand finalist in New Zealand’s Art Battle
competition, marking a significant milestone in her
artistic journey.
Guests will vote on a few ideas that she presents and
then watch in awe as she creates a painting within
30 minutes! The painting will then be auctioned off.
A portion of ticket sales for Echoes & Embers will go to Harbour Hospice & to the artist of the evening.
